Ali MacGraw
Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American model, author, designer as well as an animal rights activist. Her movies comprise Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) as well as The Getaway ( 1972). New York was her home and she grew up in an environment that was artistic. Her first job was as a photographer's assistant, before progressing to acting and modeling. Her two first films got noticed and earned her the Golden Globe Award of Most promising newcomer. MacGraw quickly became famous after the 1970 hit film Love Story. She was selected for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. In just three films, she was voted the Top female box-office debut around the globe. At Grauman's Chinese Theater, in 1972, she got her name and footprints hand-engraved. Some of the films she's been in are The Getaway Convoy Players as and the television miniseries The Winds of War. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw's been married three different times.
